Sorry this post comes so late as Robert and I have already settled in Atlanta, but I thought I would share pictures from our cross country trip from Las Vegas to Atlanta.
We saw 4 national parks and passed through 7 states in 6 days.
Our first stop was the Grand Canyon. It was awesome! We hiked about half and hour down and then back up again. It can take 8 hours to get to the bottom.
From there we drove to Canyon de Chelly (pronounced Shay) per Marnie's suggestion. It was amazing. You can hike to the bottom of one section of the canyon in an hour and see Native American ruins. It was breathtaking.
Our next stop was amazing - White Sands, New Mexico. "The sand is actually white." Go figure! We hiked the dunes right as the sun was beginning to set. It was beautiful.
The next day we headed to the Carlsbad Caverns and then on to San Antonio. We stayed near the Riverwalk and visited the Alamo the next day. I didn't expect it to be so nice.
We spent the night in Austin with a college friend of mine and then headed to Robert's hometown in Trussville, Alabama. We are now in Atlanta and have started work. We hope ya'll are doing well. You have a place to stay in the ATL.

Robert, you and Greg are still wanted by several federal agencies here in Moscow after your last visit...:)
Hila,
This photo of you jumping is wild...it looks like you're falling out of the sky! How did you do that?
